We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Personal information we collect

Information you provide via our website forms, funnels, or scheduler:

Identity & contact: name, email, phone, company, job title.
Business context: “biggest headache,” average bids per month, average invoices per month, (optional) budget, and other free-text answers.
Communications: messages you send us; Zoom Phone call recordings and voicemails if you call our business line.

Information collected automatically:

We do not use non-essential cookies or ad pixels on our site. Our hosting and embedded services may generate basic logs (e.g., IP address, device/ browser info) for security and operations.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, health data, precise geolocation).

How we collect information

Web forms and funnels (lead magnet downloads, contact forms).
Embedded Zoom scheduler.
Zoom Phone (calls and voicemails may be recorded).
Operational logs from our hosting provider and embedded tools.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, deliver lead magnets, and schedule calls.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and workflows.
To send service or transactional messages you request.
To comply with law, defend legal claims, and prevent fraud/abuse.

AI/automation processing

We use third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI) to process prompts and generate outputs strictly to deliver services you request. We instruct providers to opt-out of using our data for model training where possible. We may log prompts/responses for your account to improve delivery and quality for you, not for public model training. AI outputs can be fallible—you should review before relying on them.

Subprocessors / service providers

We use reputable vendors to help run our site and operations:

n8n (Cloud) – automation/orchestration
Zoom – scheduler, meetings, phone, call/voicemail recordings
Google Drive & Gmail (Google Workspace) – storage and email
Trello & Slack – project coordination and communications
OpenAI – AI inference/processing

These providers process data on our behalf under their terms/privacy notices. Their lists may evolve as we add or replace tools.

Retention

Marketing leads (site/funnel form data): up to 24 months after last meaningful interaction.
Client/project data: for the duration of the engagement + 12 months (unless our contract specifies otherwise).
Call recordings & voicemails: up to 12 months unless we need them longer for legitimate business or legal reasons.
We may keep minimal records (e.g., compliance or opt-out proofs) as required by law.

Your privacy choices & rights (US)

Access/Deletion/Correction: Email legal@pulsepartners.ai with your request.
Marketing opt-out: Reply “unsubscribe” or email us; we will honor requests.
GPC: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt-out of any “sale” or “sharing” that may apply (we do not engage in such practices).

Children

Our site is not directed to children. Do not submit data if you are under 16.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including MFA and SSO where available, encryption-in-transit via our vendors, and least-privilege access. No method is 100% secure.
